Join us for the last of our 3 part series reviewing food safety at farmers markets from the farmers market manager, vendor and environmental health perspectives. This webinar is geared towards farmers market vendors, and will review the laws and regulations from the Illinois Department of Agriculture for meat, eggs, and poultry. An overview of food sampling permits, cottage food, retail permits and produce from regulating agencies will also be included. There is no cost to attend, but each webinar must be registered for separately.
